Willie Rascoe, native of Cerulean, Kentucky, is an incredibly gifted folk artist.  His insight and talent are truly enlightening.  This is one exhibit you will not want to miss! You will agree Mr. Rascoe is one of Trigg County's finest.  Join us for our celebration of Black History Month.
