Exhibit of Art Collected by Board of Directors

Cadiz, KY-For ten days only, the Janice Mason Art Museum will exhibit art
from the private collections of its Board of Directors.  This exhibit was
recently added to the schedule when the US Fish and Wildlife Service needed
to change the dates for the Duck Stamp Exhibit. While discussing
possibilities for filling the short gap in the schedule at a Board of
Directors meeting, it soon became apparent that an interesting, diverse
exhibit could be pulled together quickly from among the Directors. While
some Directors themselves are artists, most collect art to some degree and
most were willing to loan pieces. 
   As this exhibit comes together, it promises to be very interesting.
Paintings, drawings, photographs, ceramics, glass art, and fiber arts from
as near as Cadiz and as far away as South Africa will fill the gallery.
Dates for this exhibit are June 1-11, with the annual all-member meeting at
6:30 serving as the opening.
