For the second time in three years the Janice Mason Art Museum brings an exclusive international exhibit to Kentucky.  This summer the museum will be hosting a major exhibit of Bhutanese art from three private collections.

This unique opportunity allows visitors to see representations of all thirteen of the Bhutanese national arts.

"The government of Bhutan restricts the annual number of visitors and coupled with its small population the art available outside of Bhutan is very rare.  An opportunity to see so much at once is quite unique," says exhibit chair, Karen Clement.

Admission to this exhibit is free and is made possible by strong membership support of the museum. If your group would like to schedule a specific time to tour the exhibit  you are encouraged to contact the JMAM office at 270-522-9056, or email at jmam@bellsouth.net .  Individuals and families are easily accommodated without reservations.

"This exhibit will not be traveling after its appearance at JMAM," says museum administrator, Paula Lisowsky.  "So you should not postpone seeing this collection."
