Spring classes announced at JMAM
Cadiz, KY--The Janice Mason
Art Museum will offer several classes in May:
Beginning Drawing for Adults and High School Students, four one-hour
sessions on two consecutive Monday evenings, May 1 and May 8 from 6:30-8:30
PM. The cost is $30 for members and $35 for nonmembers which includes all
materials. The instructor is Sig Skundberg.
Beginning Drawing for Grades 1 - 4, four one-hour sessions on two
consecutive Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, May 2, 4, 9, and 11, from
3:30-4:30 PM. The cost is $30 for members and $35 for nonmembers which
includes all materials. The instructor is Sig Skundberg
Beginning Drawing for Middle School, four one-hour sessions on two
consecutive Tuesday and Thursday afternoons, May 2, 4, 9, and 11 from
5:00-6:00 PM. The cost is $30 for members and $35 for nonmembers which
includes all materials. The instructor is Sig Skundberg
Printmaking with Book Arts, six 90-minute sessions on 3 consecutive
Tuesday and Thursday evenings, May 2, 4, 9, 11, 16, and 18. 7:00 - 8:30 PM.
The cost is $60 for members and $65 for nonmembers. The instructor is Brian
Curling.
Space is limited and these classes will fill quickly. Pre-registration
and payment in advance are required for all classes. Please call Paula at
the Museum for more information or to register. Refunds will only be given
in the case of cancellation of the class. Museum hours are 10-4
Tuesday-Saturday, and 1 - 4 on Sundays.
The Kentucky Arts Council, a state agency in the Commerce Cabinet,
provides operational support funding for the Janice Mason Art Museum with
state tax dollars and federal funding from the National Endowment for the
Arts, which believes that a great nation deserves great art.
